Nine sectors, one discipline

Nine services. One reference line.

Everything MPS does exists to keep a project aligned to its owner's intent — grounded in the founder's delivery record, and senior-led on every engagement.

MPS·SRV·01

Client representation

Acting as the owner's dedicated presence across the project — protecting intent, budget, and quality in every room where decisions are made.

MPS·SRV·02

Project & construction management

End-to-end management of planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover — with the governance and reporting discipline that keeps complex, multi-party developments on line.

MPS·SRV·03

Development & delivery strategy

Shaping how a project should be delivered before it is committed: delivery models, packaging and contracting strategy, and mobilization planning matched to market reality.

MPS·SRV·04

Design & consultant coordination

Structured stewardship of design teams and specialist consultants — aligning deliverables, resolving interfaces, and holding the design to the standard the client was promised.

MPS·SRV·05

Construction supervision

Site-based leadership of supervision teams: contractor performance, technical compliance, quality assurance, and progress control across every phase of construction.

MPS·SRV·06

Contracts & claims

FIDIC-grounded contract administration and claims strategy — procurement structures that minimize disputes, and clear-eyed support when entitlement, delay, or variation questions arise.

MPS·SRV·07

Risk, cost, schedule & quality governance

Proactive identification of design, procurement, and execution risks — with cost, time, quality, and HSE controls built to catch drift early, not to report it after the fact.

MPS·SRV·08

Stakeholder & operator coordination

Alignment of owners, master developers, authorities, and operators — including hotel brands — so operational requirements and approvals land inside the programme, not against it.

MPS·SRV·09

Project recovery & delivery assurance

Independent review and hands-on intervention for projects under pressure: recovering schedule, restoring governance, and giving decision-makers an honest picture of where delivery stands.

Acting as the owner's dedicated presence across the project — protecting intent, budget, and quality in every room where decisions are made.

  • Owner's voice with consultants, contractors, and authorities
  • Decision support grounded in delivery reality
  • One consistent point of reference across all parties
