Architect by training, project director by vocation — Yasser Attia has spent more than three decades delivering high-value, complex developments across Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt, and the United States: construction management and site supervision, PMO and client representation, design management, and executive direction of contracting businesses.
He has led multidisciplinary teams of up to 65, coordinated master developers, government authorities, and international hotel operators, and worked alongside firms such as Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and Kerry Hill Architects. The common thread is governance: FIDIC-grounded contract and claims management, risk identification that arrives before the overrun, and reporting that tells owners the truth.
